Bovingdon is a large village in the West of my constituency with a lovely High Street that has brilliant small businesses like K’s Café, the Bell Inn and Manor Pharmacy.
*DID YOU KNOW* The former Bobsleigh Inn on Box Lane got its name after Tony Nash, the son of the owner, was part of the gold medal-winning British bobsleigh team at the Winter Olympics in Austria It was formerly known as the Bovingdon Country Club, but was renamed the Bobsleigh Inn in his honour.
Bryants Nurseries is another fantastic locally run businesses, who grow thousands of flowers every year for garden centres all across the west of England. There is also a local library and several charity shops that make the High Street a must visit for anyone in Hertfordshire.
