Tring is to the North-West of my constituency and boasts a variety of interesting events and destinations, as well as a fantastic local community.
The natural history museum in Tring is a fascinating exhibition of hundreds of different species of mammals, insects and birds which have inspired countless children with it being a frequent destination for school science trips. The Tring book festival is another brilliant example of the contribution that is made by this town to educating our children and adults as people are encouraged to read and try new, interesting authors.
I am proud that Tring is home to a number of brilliant pubs such as The Akeman. They offer some great food and drink options, and are even available to host functions and special events.
