High Streets are the beating heart of our local communities are essential in us having a strong and vibrant local economy. Whilst providing excellent produce, independent retailers often act as community hubs that are so much more than your typical shop. This is why I will continue to champion our High Streets and supporting local businesses wherever possible.

I recognise that High Streets in South West Hertfordshire and nationwide are facing the challenges of lower footfall and face competition from online businesses, I am committed to continuing my Constituency High Street Walkarounds to engage with business owners and customers to listen to both their aspirations and concerns to ensure I am able to represent them.

NatWest Berkhamsted Closure - Update
