Following concerns raised by constituents via email, and an e-petition which received over 1,200 signatures. Gagan was pleased to have had the opportunity to speak in a debate in Westminster Hall on sewage discharge.
Gagan has had a long-standing commitment to protecting the green areas and natural environment in South West Hertfordshire, and he looks forward to continuing to act to help support the quality of natural areas throughout his constituency. He heard how the Government has worked to incentivise £7 billion of investment into improvements in sewage treatment, and he is glad that this is taking place.
Gagan thanks all of his constituents who raised their concerns about this matter.
