Today at PMQs, Gagan Mohindra MP paid tribute to his colleague, Dame Cheryl Gillan MP, who very sadly passed away earlier this month.
Dame Cheryl and Gagan had a shared interest in protecting the River Chess which runs through their constituencies of South West Hertfordshire and Chesham and Amersham. Gagan asked the Prime Minister what the government is doing to address the issue of partially treated sewage being released into rivers, having a knock on impact on the health of both humans and animals.
