I recently had the pleasure of speaking to the Chorleywood Women’s Institute at the Chorleywood Festival.
It was great to be able to give Women’s Institute members from our constituency a tour of Parliament earlier this year, and I enjoyed chatting with them again about their great work in our community.
This includes all of the fabulous celebrations for the King’s coronation that they were a part of last year, and their ongoing organisation of activities including sports, arts, music, drama and more, for their members.
I thank the Chorleywood Women’s Institute for their warm welcome and for their positive impact on their members and the broader community. Protecting community organisations and their valuable work is one of my top priorities.
