Following recent conversations with farmers in South West Hertfordshire through roundtables and my Constituency Work Experience Week, Gagan Mohindra was pleased to have participated in a Westminster Hall debate on support for British Farming where he raised concerns that had recently been raised with him.
Gagan's comments made reference to farmers’ mental health, the cost of resources, rural crime and how the Government can continue to support farming families who play a crucial part in our national economy.
After his contribution, Gagan said: "We are lucky here to have some great farmers here in South West Hertfordshire who play a vital role in both the local and national economy. I am extremely thankful to them for all of their hardwork and I will continue to do my best to support them wherever I can."
