Since the Mayor of London announced the expansion of the Ultra Low Emissions Zone, Gagan Mohindra raised the case of his constituent, Gordon, who contacted him to say how this proposal will negatively impact them on a daily basis.

At Prime Minister's Questions, Gagan asked the Prime Minister if he agreed that this decision will stretch the budgets of families and individuals such as Gordon simply to cover the Labour Mayor's mismanagement of Transport for London's finances.
