It was great to attend a match at Kings Langley FC and catch up with the fantastic team from Pitching In, who are doing great work to promote grassroots and community sports, including initiatives for women and youth sports.
Local sports clubs like Kings Langley FC are at the heart of our communities, and it’s so important that we invest in grassroots sport so that everyone, no matter your ability, can participate.
The Grassroots Sport support funding and the Swimming Pool support fund provided by the Conservative Government provided vital support for our community sports teams, and I will continue pushing for support for grassroots sports.
