Gagan is always pleased to see the excellent work done by charities in his local area, and he was glad to meet with Kevin and Joe from Youthbuild UK during his Constituency Frida. Youthbuild works with disadvantaged young people between the ages of 14 and 25 who are at risk or are suffering from social exclusion, as well as working with young offenders. The team aim to empower young people through construction projects.
Following this visit, Gagan visited New Hope Charity Shop in Croxley. The organisation works to support those who are facing homelessness in the community, and has been working hard doing this for 32 years.
Gagan said after these visits: "Both of these fantastic organisations provide valuable support to those in our community and wider, and it was great to hear about their work and what I can do to help."
