Gagan Mohindra spent a morning at Watford General Hospital to discuss how the workforce are continuing to support a number of residents from South West Hertfordshire and wider communities.
During his visit, Gagan met with frontline workers in the Hospital's Accident and Emergency Department to discuss how they are providing excellent care to those who need it most. Gagan was pleased to note that the Hospital is making good progress in reducing its elective backlog following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gagan also had the opportunity to visit the Hospital's 'Virtual Surgery' where doctors and nurses are able to track the vitals of at-risk patients whilst they are at home through the use of new technology. Innovation is at the heart of the Hospital's future and Gagan thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the Management Team to hear more on the progress the Hospital is making.
