Over the weekend, Gagan Mohindra attended a variety of events for Remembrance Day throughout the constituency.
On Saturday the 12th of November, he attended the Berkhamsted branch of the Royal British Legion to attend their Act of Remembrance Event. He was pleased to see that Berkhamsted School pupils had painted the bollards in the area, in order of the memory of those who have fought for our country.
In order to commemorate Remembrance Sunday, Gagan attended the Remembrance Day parade hosted by Dacorum Borough Council, as well as a Remembrance service held at Christ Church in Chorleywood. Gagan was glad to see the unity shown in the community behind the matter of appreciating those who have served in the Armed Forces over the course of its History, and today.
This followed on from Gagan planting a cross in the Parliamentary Garden of Remembrance on behalf of his constituents in South West Hertfordshire in order to demonstrate the gratitude expressed by many in his constituency towards our armed forces and his past and present sacrifices.
Gagan continues to demonstrate his strong support for all of those servicemen and women who continue to protect the people and values of the UK.
