Today Gagan had the pleasure of attending an event in Parliament, meeting representatives from the National Autistic Society. Every child should have the chance to learn and this as true for autistic children as it is for all others. In Parliament Gagan and his colleagues should always be asking themselves what more they can do to support those with special educational needs.
Gagan was grateful for the opportunity to discuss the latest research around special education provision, and how Parliamentarians can most effectively reach and positively affect autistic children. Gagan continues to support schools in South West Hertfordshire and regularly discusses special education provision when he meets with headteachers at the many excellent schools in the constituency.
