Planning Application Update:
Gagan is delighted to report that the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has dismissed the appeal and refused planning permission for 1400 homes to be built around Marshcroft Lane, near to our greenbelt land in Tring.
Gagan spoke at the public enquiry for the planning appeal to raise local concerns about this proposed development, having heard from a significant number of residents about the impact this would have. He is proud that our Government has stepped in to support residents, preserve our community and protect our precious environment. This planning application has, once again, demonstrated that we need comprehensive Local Plans for Dacorum and Three Rivers. Gagan will continue to campaign tirelessly for my constituents to ensure our beautiful countryside is protected from housing developments.
